Refund Policy
Our refund policy is governed by the cancellation schedule outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Deposit: The initial retainer/deposit of [e.g., 25% of the total cost or a fixed fee] is non-refundable upon booking confirmation, as it secures your event date and rental equipment.

Cancellations (30+ Days Notice): If the client cancels the booking 30 days or more before the scheduled event date, only the initial non-refundable deposit will be forfeited. Any payments made in excess of the non-refundable deposit will be refunded.

Late Cancellations (Under 30 Days Notice): If the client cancels the booking less than 30 days before the event date, no refund will be issued, and the client will forfeit the full rental fee (100% of the total cost).

Security Deposit: Any separate, refundable Security Deposit will be returned in full within [e.g., 7 days] after the event, provided all rental items are returned clean and undamaged.
